Ordonnia is committed to ensuring the Ordonnia economy stays safe, easy to understand, and balanced. Please understand our protocols and directives for managing your balances in Ordonnia.
Are defined here:
- Balance: A holding of a certain amount of currency of a User or Organization;
- Internal balance: All of your balances within Ordonnia;
- External balance: All of your balances external of Ordonnia (e.g. a Roblox Account's Robux balance);
- Payment profile: An indicator on an Identity of a location where Ordonnia can take or send currency;
- Transaction: One instance of a money movement between balances of any type;
- Payout: A transaction from an internal balance to a payment profile;
- Payment: Transaction from one internal balance to another;
1. Universal Currency
1a. Supply of Universal Currency and exchange rates
Ordonnia's main currency is Universal Currency, stylised as "UC", "U¢" or "UC" (UC with a strikethrough C). Ordonnia reserves itself the right to issue as much Universal Currency as it sees fit, for any price or reward, and at Ordonnia's own discretion.
Our Universal Currency converts to currencies eligible for payouts. The exchange rates for these currencies vary and are available on our website at ordonnia.com, or by contacting Ordonnia Help.
Ordonnia reserves itself the right to take, give, or transfer Universal Currency at any moment and for any reason it sees fit.
1b. Our rights regarding Universal Currency
Universal Currency stays the whole property of Ordonnia and you are not entitled to any of the Universal Currency you have on your Identity, and in particular to the value of it in any other currencies than Universal Currency.
ORDONNIA HAS AN UNALIENABLE RIGHT TO VOID, REMOVE, EDIT, MODIFY, ADD OR GIVE UNIVERSAL CURRENCY TO ANY USER OR ORGANIZATION AS IT WISHES. UNIVERSAL CURRENCY HAS NO RESALE VALUE AND CANNOT BE RESOLD OR EXCHANGED EXCEPT THROUGH OFFICIAL CHANNELS AT ORDONNIA'S WILL. ANY USE OF UNIVERSAL CURRENCY IS SUBJECT TO ORDONNIA'S APPROVAL AND ORDONNIA RETAINS FULL RIGHT AND OWNERSHIP ON BOTH UNIVERSAL CURRENCY AND ITS USAGE. BY OPENING AN ORDONNIA IDENTITY AND USING ITS SERVICES YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOUR UC BALANCES COULD BE VOIDED OR MODIFIED AT ANY MOMENT AT ORDONNIA'S CONVENIENCE.
2. Transfers
2a. From or to Ordonnia
Ordonnia may run a Payment in Universal Currency to or from you at any time.
2b. Between users
Ordonnia allows its users to exchange Universal Currency. Nevertheless, this exchange must be:
- Using Ordonnia's systems;
- Using legitimate and not compromised Universal Currency;
- Done within the confines of the law of both parties and Ordonnia's applicable jurisdictions (namely France and Czech Republic).
Ordonnia will impose a mandatory verification from Ordonnia Help with every transaction. Every 3rd pending verification transaction, the funds will be frozen before being released to ensure Ordonnia Help can catch up with your transactions.
Ordonnia will take a commission as it sees fit. Our commission may vary, and the rate that is disclosed at the moment of transfer makes law. Nevertheless, the standardised rate is:
- For Free users: 5%
- For Ordonnia+ users: 3%
- For Ordonnia++ users: 1%
- For Ordonnia+++ and Ordonnia++++ users: 0%
2c. To an external balance
You may, through the Payouts Programme, transfer to an external balance, given that:
- The supply of your account in Universal Currency + the requested currency must equal the requested amount at the moment of reviewing (and not when you submitted it);
- The exchange rate applied will be the one valid at the moment we review your payout. We recommend you visit https://ordonnia.com/ daily to ensure the exchange rate still fits your expectations and open a ticket if you wish to cancel your payout for exchange rate reasons;
Furthermore, we do not allow any given Identity to withdraw more than 2,500 Universal Currency per year unless they have passed an advanced security questionnaire at the discretion of the Administration. This questionnaire will be communicated by e-mail to the Identity's e-mail address at the time Ordonnia processes your request. This limit is raised to 5,000 U¢ for Ordonnia+ users, 7,500 U¢ for Ordonnia++ users, 10,000 U¢ for Ordonnia+++ users and 20,000 U¢ for Ordonnia++++ users.
Ordonnia reserves itself the right to disable your access to transferring to an external balance if:
- You have been sanctioned by Ordonnia for any reason;
- We suspect your use of the funds go against our Terms of Service;
- The provided payment profile is not yours, or the funds are not intended for your sole use; • Please declare any intent to redistribute the funds to Ordonnia Help before submitting a payout request as to avoid this restriction.
- You have held a title at Ordonnia and have resigned or have been removed that title;
- You have been sanctioned by your country or by any other recognized legal body or organization for violations of its policies.
You may appeal any refusals of payout by contacting Ordonnia Help.
3. Large balances
Ordonnia caps your ability to hold currencies, at:
- 1,000,000.00 Universal Currency
- 10,000.00 Robux
- 100.00 EUR
If you reach those caps, only Ordonnia Help is fit to raise them. Please contact us if you have any inquiries related to this.
4. Exclusions from the payment system
Ordonnia reserves the right to void your balances and exclude you from all of our payment systems immediately and without delay if:
- You have been sanctioned by Ordonnia for any reason;
- We suspect your use of the funds go against our Terms of Service;
- Your use of the payment system has went against this policy or any other of Ordonnia's policies;
- You have held a title at Ordonnia and have resigned or have been removed that title;
- You have been sanctioned by your country or by any other recognized legal body or organization for violations of its policies.
